Game Time

You've covered a lot of ground in the past few chapters; now it's finally time to bring it all together into something that you can play. It won't be a blockbuster, but it will have many of the constructs that any game requires.

A word of warning, though: I'm going to do a lot of things in the game code that aren't the best practice for MID programming (even though they might be good in the larger programming environments). The point is not to worry too much about the details just yet; you'll use this game as a basis for improvement in Part III, "Game On."
